Charles J. DiMarco, MBA

Co-founder & Partner

Charles DiMarco is a seasoned executive leader with more than 25 years of experience leading organizations, building teams, driving growth, and advancing mission across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led strategic planning initiatives, organizational growth efforts, operational transformations, fundraising programs, marketing organizations, and high-performing teams ranging from local operations to global enterprises.
 

As Co-Founder and Partner of MissionPoint Search + Advisors, Charles leverages his extensive executive leadership experience to help mission-driven organizations identify, attract, and develop transformational leaders. His unique perspective as a former President & CEO, executive team member, marketing leader, operations executive, educator, and board partner allows him to assess leadership talent through the lens of real-world executive experience.
 

Most recently, Charles served as President & CEO of New Life Solutions, one of the nation’s largest faith-based nonprofit organizations. During his eight-year tenure, he strengthened organizational sustainability, expanded services, launched innovative new programs, improved operational efficiency, established key performance metrics, enhanced donor engagement, and worked closely with the Board of Directors to advance strategic priorities and long-term growth initiatives.
 

Prior to New Life Solutions, Charles held senior leadership positions in business development, marketing, operations, and communications with organizations ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to global brands and international associations. His experience includes leadership roles with Crunch Fitness, FitPro North America, ISPE, Lifestyle Family Fitness, and Transitions Optical, where he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led strategic growth initiatives, directed global marketing efforts, and partnered with executive teams to improve organizational performance and profitability.
Charles has been formally trained by The Gallup Organization in developing strengths-based teams and communicating employee engagement principles as well as trained by PPG Industries in creating and implementing Business Process Excellence.

Charles holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida with concentrations in International Business, Marketing Strategy, and Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Management.

Becky Beall

Co-founder & Partner

Becky Beall is an accomplished executive operations and organizational leadership professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting executive leaders, coordinating strategic initiatives, managing complex organizational operations, and helping mission-driven organizations achieve their goals.
 

Throughout her career, Becky has served in leadership support, educational administration, association management, financial services, and nonprofit ministry roles, developing a broad range of expertise in executive administration, board relations, organizational effectiveness, project management, communication, event coordination, and operational leadership.
 

As Co-Founder and Partner of MissionPoint Search + Advisors, Becky plays a key role in client engagement, search management, candidate experience, project execution, and organizational operations. Her ability to manage complex initiatives, build strong relationships, and ensure exceptional client service contributes significantly to the success of every engagement.
 

Prior to launching MissionPoint, Becky served at one of the nation's leading faith-based nonprofit ministries. Working closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors, she helped support organizational vision, strategic planning initiatives, board governance processes, KPI reporting, executive communications, leadership team coordination, and operational execution. Her trusted partnership with executive leadership helped advance ministry objectives while ensuring organizational effectiveness across multiple functional areas.
 

In addition to her experience in education and nonprofit leadership, Becky has held administrative and operational roles in financial services, marketing, and Christian education, giving her a unique perspective on organizational leadership, client service, and professional excellence.
 

Becky is recognized for her exceptional organization, professionalism, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs while maintaining focus on both strategic priorities and operational details. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations identify leaders who align with their mission, strengthen their culture, and position them for long-term success.
